If you have an existing website that you are not happy about, we can redesign it for you. Please note that we do not work on existing websites that we did not design or configure and we would start from scratch

Our website maintenance and support service is for strictly websites we have designed. We do not maintain websites we didn’t do.
If you come to us for support, we usually have to start from the beginning to ensure that we can tackle the issues. Information from your existing website would be exported so that you have it safe.

Initial Free Consultation
The journey begins with a complimentary consultation where we discuss your business needs, goals, and vision for your website. This session helps us determine if we are a good fit for each other.
Paid Consultation
Following the initial meeting, if both parties agree to proceed, we send an invoice for a more detailed, paid consultation. This step allows us to delve deeper into your project requirements and expectations.
Requirements & Scope of Work
After the paid consultation, we’ll share a clear list of required materials — including content, images, and features. Once everything is received and approved, we’ll send a detailed scope of work with a launch date and invoice.
Project Kickoff
Following the initial meeting, if both parties agree to proceed, we send an invoice for a more detailed, paid consultation. This step allows us to delve deeper into your project requirements and expectations.
Design & Development
Our UI/UX designer takes the lead in creating a visually appealing and user-friendly design that aligns with your branding and goals. Concurrently, our developer begins to build the functional elements of the website, ensuring it is responsive and optimized for all devices.
Testing & Quality Assurance
After design and development, we run thorough testing to ensure the site works seamlessly across devices and browsers. Our Project Manager oversees quality assurance to maintain high standards and alignment with scope.
Launch Preparation
Once the testing phase is complete and all issues are resolved, we prepare for launch. We review the entire website with you to ensure your total satisfaction and make any final adjustments needed.
Website Launch
With your approval and once the balance payment is received, we proceed to launch the website. We ensure a smooth transition and monitor the website closely following the launch to address any immediate concerns.
- Post-Launch Support and Training
After the launch, we provide you with comprehensive tutorials on how to manage and update your website. We also discuss our retainership options for ongoing maintenance and support, ensuring your website continues to perform well and stays up to date with the latest web standards and technologies
